Terms & refunds

Aura Air is a simulation. It does not operate, sell, or arrange flights or any other travel. No aircraft, flight, fare, seat, lounge, or schedule on this site exists. Boarding passes, record locators and receipts issued here are novelty items and are not valid for travel, check-in, or entry to any airport, lounge or aircraft.

Aura Air is fictional and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real airline, airport, or travel company. Airport names and codes are used only to describe real places.

When payments are enabled, a booking costs A$0.99, charged once at checkout. The fare shown during booking is part of the simulation and is never charged.

For A$0.99 you receive, immediately on payment:

• a simulated booking with its own record locator;
• a boarding pass you can view, print and download for each guest;
• an optional public page to share your boarding pass.

That is the whole product. It is a bit of fun, and the charge helps cover the cost of running the site.

You must be 18 or over, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a payment.

If you change your mind, email hello@auraair.example within 30 days of booking with your record locator, and we will refund you in full. No reason needed. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — we will always refund a genuine request, and it is faster for you.

• Use real names only if you are comfortable with them appearing on a boarding pass. Never enter passport numbers or other identity-document details anywhere on this site — we never ask for them.
• Don't use the site to impersonate someone or to deceive anyone into believing a booking is real travel.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site.

We may cancel and refund bookings, or suspend access, where these terms are broken.

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

We may update these terms; the date above shows when. The version in force when you booked applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
